Gurugram companies keep asking us the same thing in different words: how do we get a group to Goa without the trip turning into a logistics headache? Here's the short version, tailored to what you've asked.
Goa corporate tour package quotation for 500
In short: Goa corporate tour package quotation for 500 — here's exactly how Yatra King would put that together, starting from ₹4,500 per person.
Before quoting a number, these are the details that actually move the price:
Origin: Gurugram
Group profile: healthcare company
Approximate size: 500 people
Duration: 4 days 3 nights
We start quoting at ₹4,500 per person for the base inclusions. Beyond that it's a straight trade-off: better resort or more activities pushes the number up, tighter dates or a bigger group can pull it down.
What's Actually Included
What's non-negotiable in every itinerary: decent resort rooms, two daily meals, transfers sorted end to end, and at least one real team activity — the rest is customization.
Once you confirm dates and group size, we'll get a detailed proposal to you fast — usually same-day.
